Rates subject to change. The rates listed above do not include a mandatory 10% South Lake Tahoe occupancy tax, or a $100 departure cleaning fee. A refundable $300 security deposit is required. We accept cashier's checks, personal checks (min. of 14 days before check-in) and Paypal for cash or major credit cards payments. A 3% processing fee (minimum $20) will be added to all Paypal transactions. Contact us for availability and we will provide instructions for PayPal payments. Deposit: A $300 damage/reservation deposit is due to secure a reservation. Full rent, tax, and cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to occupancy. Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled outside of 30 days or more before arrival are subject to a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled 30 days or less before arrival forfeit the full amount of the rent ($300 security deposit, tax & cleaning fee will be refunded). If we re-rent the property, all payments will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation charge. No smoking or pets are allowed in the house. |
